Settings

The settings icon shows you an overview of all your system settings.

You can specify various settings and preferences throughout the app. You can also specify what filename you want to use for the different files. This can be used if you previously used another system and want to keep the same file name. Below we use the following abbreviations

• EOD - end of day

• PCF - portfolio composition file

• NAV - net asset value

• 2FA - 2-Factor Authentification

• OTP - 1-Time Password

Notifications Settings

Subscribers > Email Notifications

• Off: By turning off email notifications, no EOD, PCF, and NAV files will be sent to subscribers.

• On: By turning on email notifications, EOD, PCF, and NAV files will be sent to subscribers.

Security Settings

Security > Two-Factor Authentication

• Off: Turning off 2FA for the account portal access security level will require 2FA.

• On: Turning on 2FA for the account portal access will require 2FA/OTP.

Filename Settings

Subscribers > File Names

• This lets you have custom EOD, PCF, and NAV file filenames.
