Subscribers

The subscriber page offer you the possibility to send out files to different email addresses. A difference between a subscriber and a user is that the subscriber does not have access to the portal.

Below we use the following abbreviations

• EOD - end of day

• PCF - portfolio composition file

• NAV - net asset value

On the subscriber page, you can create several subscribers and specify which file (PCF, NAV, or EOD) each subscriber should receive. You can also specify at what time the file should be sent.

The file name format sent to subscribers is the same format the main user has set in on the settings page in the portal.

The user can specify a time for subscribers to receive emails; the default time for subscribers is not registered in the system, and the user must specify it.

Every time a file is sent out to a subscriber, it is recalculated using the latest values from the database.

Example: One subscriber receives its file at 16:00 London time, and one subscriber receives it at 17:00 London time. If you update a value between 16:00 and 17:00, these subscribers will receive different files.

Add New Subscriber

By clicking this button, you will see a popup form. Fill in the relevant information and press save. your new subscriber has been generated; you will see it on the listing page. Note that the time entered in the portal for Subscribers is UTC timezone.

Note: Time that you select while adding subscriber is shown as per your Clock and task are always scheduled as per UTC standard. for Example. if you are selecting 3:00 pm from the selection it means 3:00 pm UTC not 3:00 PM your Time Zone so please adjust your tim according to UTC.

View

By clicking this button, you will see a popup showing you information for the selected subscriber.

Edit

By clicking this button, you can change the settings for the specific subscriber, such as when the subscriber should receive the file and what files it should receive.

Note: Time that you select while editing subscriber is shown as per your Clock and task are always scheduled as per UTC standard. for Example. if you are selecting 3:00 pm from the selection it means 3:00 pm UTC not 3:00 PM your Time Zone so please adjust your tim according to UTC.

Delete

You will see a popup asking for action confirmation by clicking this button. Press Confirm will delete the subscriber, redirect you to the listing page, and cancel will simply hide the popup, and no action will be performed.
